Participants are responsible for their own travel and meals (outside the conference meals).  If you haven’t yet booked your room, please reach out to the hotel directly as the cutoff date for the negotiated group rate has passed.

Attire: The attire for this event will be "business casual".

Getting to Alexandria: The Alexandria area is serviced by the Reagan National Airport (Airport Code: DCA).

Getting to the Hotel: The Westin Alexandria is approximately 4.5 miles (20 minutes) from the Reagan National Airport.

Parking: Valet parking is available at an average rate of $36 per day.

Program Officer Visits: We have provided space at the hotel for individual PI meetings with Program Officers. Each program officer will have a specific room available to them for meetings. There are three time blocks when the meeting rooms are available (See tabs: Wed, 9/18 9-12, Thurs, 9/19 4:30-6 and Friday, 9/10 1-4). Please scroll to find your Program Officer’s currently scheduled meetings to determine meeting space availability. Contact your program officer to schedule your meeting – fill in your meeting information and then mark the check box once you’ve confirmed your appointment. PLEASE NOTE: YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR PO TO SCHEDULE AND CONFIRM YOUR MEETING.
